Tap 20 – Career Development Series for Young Professionals
In today’s turbulent and unpredictable economy, the rules are changing. No longer can young adults solely rely on good credentials and a strong work ethic to secure a job or advance professionally. Instead, they must develop an advanced set of skills that will not just land them the job of their choice, but will expedite their career development.
In response, The Ability Project is launching TAP 20, a professional development series for twenty somethings.
TAP 20 meetings, which are limited to 20 people and meet bi-monthly, are structured to create an environment for collaborative professional growth. Through a combination of peer-to-peer learning, interactive role play, and individual accountability, participants are given the structure and guidelines for building a roadmap to career success.
TAP 20’s content is built around the foundational components and intangibles that make people successful, no matter their career path. These include: Communication & People Skills, Networking, Personal Branding, Goal Setting, Presentation Mastery, Optimizing Strengths, and Expanding Your Comfort Zone.
